The day will take form as a guided immersion through the labyrinths of our own understanding.
The group will be supported to hone in on societal / cultural issues of their choosing and then proceed with a day of devising and exploration.
What will this look like? A good measure of interesting body-thought based creative exercises, some discussion, writing, beautifully vulnerable moments, plenty of movement based and spoken organic compositions and lots of exploration, connection and discovery.
